Delivery

Unless otherwise stated (pre-orders for example) all of our stock is held in the UK and ready to ship. So no 2-3 week lead times. No custom delays. No surprise import fees. 

We have added more shipping services including DPD, UPS and Yodel.

If you require an urgent delivery, please get in touch via email or our Live Chat app and we can find the best solution to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Dispatch.
Orders for in-stock items are dispatched the next working day. If we experience changes to our service (if we are attending an event and unable to ship next day, for example), these will be noted at the top of this page and on our social media platforms. Make sure sure to drop us a like and follow on Facebook and Instagram to keep updated. 

Delivery.
Our standard delivery method is by Royal Mail 2nd Class. We also offer Royal Mail 2nd and 1st Class Signed For. These delivery methods usually take 2-3 working days* but may take longer during public holidays and peak times.

Couriers.
We currently offer UPS, DPD, Yodel and for heavier orders Evri services. If you have specific requirements, please get in touch at info@gridwalk.co.uk to discuss your best options.

Other delivery methods.
If you require any other delivery methods please send an email detailing your requirements to info@gridwalk.co.uk. We will gladly provide a quote to suit your needs.

International Delivery.
