Returns

We hope that you are happy with and enjoy any of the products that you order from us. If for any reason you are are not and would like to return your product, please let us know within 30 calendar days of placing your order. We will gladly offer store credit or a suitable replacement.

In order to be eligible for credit or an exchange, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it in, in it’s original packaging and undamaged in any way. A discretionary fee may be applied for posting an exchange item to replace a change of heart or incorrect size/item return. Particularly for large/heavy items. This must be arranged before returning item. This does not apply to returns for items that are faulty/damaged.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process a credit code for future purchase or dispatch your exchange item.

Unless you have received a damaged or faulty product, you assume all responsibility for the products safe return. We recommend returning via recorded delivery with appropriate insurance to cover your item. Postage will be charged for replacements unless they are replacing damaged/faulty items.

If upon receipt the returned product is damaged, in any way unsaleable, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for credit or an exchange. If your return is lost or damaged in transit, any claims will need to be made against the carrier.

In the unlikely event that you have receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged items are eligible for refund, credit or exchange. If necessary we shall arrange a prepaid return method for damaged/faulty items.
