James Hunt, Formula One’s original play boy, entered the sport in 1973 with Hesketh. Hunt would go on to win the World Drivers Championship in 1976, the victor of one of sports greatest rivalries as he battled Niki Lauda for the title. James retired from racing in 1979 and commentated alongside the great Murray Walker until Hunt passed away in 1994.
