MCG 1:18 Francois Cevert Elf Tyrrell Ford 006 #6 – Zolder 1973

Considered by many to be a champion in waiting, Francois Cevert was in position to take over from Jackie Stewart as #1 driver at Tyrrell for the 1974 Formula One season. Unfortunately Francois would lose his life during qualifying for the final round of the 1973 season at Watkins Glen. Cevert would earn 13 podiums and one race victory during his short career. The 1973 Belgian Grand Prix at Zolder saw Cevert follow his team mate Jackie Stewart home in a 1-2 finish for Tyrrell.
